About Brady.
For the majority of my life, I have suffered from obesity. When I was just 16 years old I weighed over 250lbs. I suffered from knee and back pain even as a teenager. I always wanted to become leaner, faster, and stronger. Through years of trial and error, I was able to lose nearly 100 pounds. I was able to strengthen my back and my joints, and now all of my pain is nothing but a distant memory!

I’ve delved into the world of nutrition, and science-based literature to uncover the most effective practices in diet, cardiovascular fitness and resistance training. Over the last several years I have refined my practices, and I have made it my life’s mission to equip others with the knowledge they need to live longer, healthier, and more enjoyable lives.
