About Chris.

Fitness has always had a place in my life whether through sports, military or personal goals. I'm training for my first bodybuilding show now and it's become something that has helped me grow exponentially on a personal level. Choosing the hard things day after day whether that's an intense training session, a strict meal plan or just fighting for one more rep; slowly expands your mind and changes how you view adversity.


You become excited for the challenge, excited to grow, and unaffected by pain or fear, and that's exciting. It's something I strive to give my clients while helping them change how they view themselves and give them the tools to become whomever they want beyond the walls of a gym.
