Meet Sarah - Your Personal Trainer and Future Physical Therapist

 

Hey there, I'm Sarah, your dedicated personal trainer with a passion for fitness and well-being. With seven years of experience in the field and a successful career as a former Division 1 athlete, I've been on an incredible journey helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lives. I firmly believe that a healthy body starts with a healthy mind. I'll not only guide you through effective workouts but also help you foster a positive mindset. After all, fitness isn't just about physical strength; it's about mental resilience too. Aside from personal training, I'm excited to share that I'm currently on the path to becoming a Physical Therapist. My dedication to learning and improving never ends, and this new venture will allow me to provide even more comprehensive support to my clients. Beyond the gym, I'm a dog lover, outdoor enthusiast and find joy in hiking, camping, and adventuring.
