gyft is the ultimate challenge for anyone looking to improve their health, build community, and win incredible cash prizes while they're at it! these challenges are massive fun with trainer group classes, free custom t shirts, group gyft workouts, complimentary nutrition plans, discounted personal training and more! GYFT challenges are usually 90 days, though this upcoming challenge will be a 60 day sprint! We have seen people accomplish incredible results during these challenges (our first champ lost over 90lbs!) many individuals have competed in every challenge we've done so far. IT's just that good!

GYFT is about setting you up for success. You'll join a trainer team and be surrounded by a group of likeminded individuals who are pushing for the same goals you are. our biggest priority is setting you up to succeed. Community + strategy + support means that you won't miss the mark, as long as you do the work! we'll give you a custom handout that plots out exactly where you need to be each week and our biweekly group workouts will make sure that you're not alone in this!
our most recent challenge
The GYFt 2 Finale was a celebration fit for the halls of Valhalla! The energy was high as we raffled off crazy prizes that included free personal training, TRX, Kickboxing, and memberships. Local culinary artist: the vintage baker, kept everyone’s plates full as we cheered on our incredible GYFT’ers! Jeralee took home $500 and the championship belt for weight loss by losing 27.1 lbs (15.12% of her weight!) We had a pantheon of cash winners that night with Nikke Whitman winning $250 for the Progress Program, Brooklyn Donnelly winning $250 for Female Muscle Gain, Jonathon Walker earning $250 for Male Muscle Gain, and Cary Hoff winning $250 for having the most Participation Points. We are proud of every person who competed in GYFT, their diligence and commitment are a genuine inspiration for us!
