TRX is a fun, low impact workout that burns calories and strengthens the body. this class is perfect for all skill levels: there are modifications for every exercise! TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It makes use of the in-club TRX Suspension Trainer: a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises. you can't go wrong with this class!
