About Shan Shan.

Fitness has always been an integral part of my life. I played many sports in my youth & have done Taekwondo for 11 years. In the last few years, I've incorporated running 5k-12k races to help me stay active and feed my competitive nature. 


I became a trainer because of the mental benefits exercise has shown not only myself but people close in my life as well. I want to be the person that helps you build up the courage & confidence to overcome gym anxiety, and negative self-talk while teaching you habits to become an overall healthier person! I'm all about being positive, optimistic & believing that anything is possible when you set your mind to it!
