Looking To Cancel?
We understand that circumstances change, and we strive to make the cancellation process straightforward. Below are the three available methods to cancel your membership. Please note that all cancellations require a 30-day notice, and any dues scheduled within that period will still apply. There are no cancellation fees.
Option 1: APP
Members can submit a cancellation request through our official app. While this is the most convenient method, please keep in mind the app is relatively new and may not function consistently for all account types. If you encounter any issues, feel free to use one of the alternative methods below.
Option 2: IN PERSON
You can cancel your membership by speaking directly with a manager at the gym. This must be done in person, and only during manager hours:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Stop by during those times, and our managers will help complete the process on the spot.
Option 3: LETTER
Simply send a letter to our gym including the following:
Your first and last name
Your phone number
A brief note stating the reason for cancellation
We recommend sending a certified letter to ensure delivery and tracking.
