Cassandra is a talented and friendly trainer who makes her clients feel welcome and comfortable! Finding a trainer who is able to see the same vision as mine and take the time to develop a plan to help me meet those goals is very hard to find, however, I found this with Cassandra. She is motivating and encouraging to all those she trains and makes those goals feel close to reach. I 100% recommend Cassandra as your next trainer as I can guarantee you can meet any fitness goal you may have with her while also having fun!!
