I started with Northwest fitness back in December and I remember being told that my trainer was new and I would be her first client. Well needless to say, I was a little nervous considering I knew nothing about having a trainer and what to expect. From that initial introduction meeting Taylor I fell in love with her, she proved herself to be very knowledgeable of not just the gym machines but the body's anatomy which was impressive to me and for some reason that was important to me.

I’ve now been working with Taylor for almost (3) months and I feel so good about myself, my family and friends have noticed not only the transformation but also the eagerness and dedication to going to the gym and I owe all of that to Taylor! Taylor is an amazing contributor to Northwest Fitness and I’m so grateful to be her first client
