Hello! My name is Eric and I love people, sports and fitness. As a former competitive athlete, fitness has always been a high priority for me! I love what I do, working as a Personal Trainer allows me to combine all of my passions into one profession. However, as I've gotten older I have learned (and will always continue to learn) about the importance of holistic wellness: it's my pleasure to help you reach your goals and stay healthy long-term.
My wife and I have been married for over 20 years and have 3 amazing and active boys who love to play sports and keep us on our toes. Together we have played an active role in our community for over 21 years.

Days Worked: Monday-Friday
I have struggled with my weight and nutrition over the years and have been on the rollercoaster of emotions that comes along with it. I have fibromyalgia and some other injuries that have made it increasingly easier to give into a more sedentary lifestyle. I knew I needed to make some changes, so I decided to sign up and get back to the gym. As part of the membership, I was partnered with a trainer for a couple of introductory sessions. My trainer, Eric, is incredibly knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns and goals. After our first two sessions I knew he was going to be a perfect match for me. He is creative and organized with his workout plans and always has modifications ready, if needed. He understands my health issues and doesn’t push me too far, while still challenging me to be better and stronger. We have only worked together for a few weeks, but I can already see some positive changes and I am so excited to continue this journey with Eric!
